Our History

Hefner Furniture was founded in 1964 by John and Mary Hefner. The store was originally located in a small building on Main Street in Farmington. In 1972, the store moved to its current location on Highway 32. Over the years, the store has expanded several times and now occupies over 20,000 square feet of space.

John and Mary Hefner retired from the business in 1995, and their son, Mike, took over as president. Mike has continued to grow the business and has made Hefner Furniture one of the leading furniture stores in the Farmington area.
