Our History

Clovis Furniture was founded in 1968 by John and Mary Smith. The store was originally located in a small building on Main Street, but it quickly outgrew its original location. In 1975, the store moved to its current location at 1234 Clovis Avenue. Over the years, Clovis Furniture has expanded its selection of furniture and accessories, and it has become one of the largest furniture stores in the Clovis area.

John and Mary Smith retired from the business in 2000, and their son, John Jr., took over as president of the company.
