How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Gardner White Furniture customer service at 1-800-422-3373.
Provide the customer service representative with your order number and the reason for your return.
The customer service representative will issue you a return authorization number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Attach the return authorization number to the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to Gardner White Furniture at the address provided by the customer service representative.

Refund Policy

Gardner White Furniture will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as outlined above for returning an item. Once Gardner White Furniture receives your returned item, they will ship the new item to you.
